.NET program sending of email not working on client server only

Basically, I have a program that sends email which works on my local machine and on our company's server. However, it's not working when deployed on the client's server.

Start/Search on Windows Server 2016 doesn't return some results

For example, BizTalk is installed on this server, but when I search for BizTalk, none of the admin tools appear. To get to BizTalk, I have to click the "Start" button, scroll down to "M" and then find Microsoft BizTalk Server folder, and expand it, then click on the icon.

for example UserA and UserB and UserC , and in Hyper-V I have VMa,VMb,VMc is it possible to give permission to each user to connect and manage only his own VM? for example:

How can I invalidate all user logins on Exchange across all browsers, devices and machines?

Had a domain controller die, physical machine, was able to p2v the hard drive and I have it attached to the new virtual server.

Migrate IE favourites from windows server 2008 to Edge on windows server 2016

There is a windows server 2008 with users who can configure their favourites in IE. A migration to windows server 2016 is imminent and I'd like to migrate these favourites for each user. I've tried finding googling for GPOs who can do that but ended up with nothing. Before I ask every user to somehow save their favourites and import them into their new browser, is there an automated process to do this?

So I am using Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) to store our containers. I have a container that is built using a Microsoft base image:
