I have a small (1600x900) screen and a large (3440x1440) screen on kubuntu 20.04. If I have a window maximised on the small screen and drag it to the large one, it maximises to entirely fill the large screen. Being a 36" ultra-wide monitor, it's quite annoying! Is there any way to stop this? I've got all the edge effects disabled.
I installed latte-dock a while ago, and it was working fine. A few days ago it crashed and now it doesn't zoom the icons or have any transparency, as you can see in the following screenshot. In short, it's not as good-looking now.
I have uninstalled and installed in again, but it started the same as it was before.

I have multiple systems installed; first, chronologically, Windows 10, then Kubuntu 20.04, then Fedora 34 KDE, and then KaOS. Fedora is alone on a second drive, with its separate EFI, but shares that with KaOS.

Starting two days ago (9/22/21) on both of my Kubuntu machines Chrome no longer displays system title bars and borders. The option in settings is enabled. Disable/re-enable/reboot hasn't fixed it. All other applications display this correctly.
My machines are both Kubuntu. lsb_release -a says Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS. Chrome is 94.0.4606.61.

Problem:
I'm attempting to boot into a fresh install of Kubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.

Kubuntu 21.04. For example, if I put my web browser in full-screen with F11 I cannot show any other window in front of the fullscreen app. It's like the fullscreen app doesn't detect where is the focus. It's like the fullscreen app is above all other windows. How can I change this behavior?
We've tried setting up a plex server on two occasions, and both of these times we've run into trouble where the commands for allowing ports on the firewall does not work, so we end up downloading the firewall UI from discovery.
After just downloading the application, what happens is that we lose internet access, and we have to execute :

I am on Kubuntu 21.04. I have a 3080 ti and nvidia-driver-470 installed through apt.
Everything works except when I try to click on the volume tray applet, or launch pavucontrol-qt directly, the entire display server crashes and I'm stuck at a black screen until I switch to a different tty and do sudo systemctl restart sddm
I'm not sure which package the bug belongs to, nvidia, xorg, or pavucontrol. ...

Hibernation mostly works without problems, but sometimes the system freezes after resume. I can see the mouse pointer, but I can't move it. Switching TTYs doesn't work too.

I am currently trying to get an old O.U. Sense board (an SBC) up and running. I have managed to install the software for its Scratch/Squeak based IDE. I recently changed from Ubuntu 20.04 to Kubuntu 20.04 by running
apt install kubuntu-desktop
On the original Ubuntu, shift+f10 works everywhere (opening the context menu). But now it only works in some applications (chrome, gedit), but not others (e.g., dolphin).

General problem
I have (seemingly) successfully set up my system with LVM on one hard drive containing Ubuntu and Kubuntu, all encrypted with LUKS (based on the guide from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Full_Disk_Encryption_Howto_2019), and another hard drive containing a Windows 10 installation. Recently I bought a new headset and it works perfectly on my phone but in my KUBUNTU desktop doesn't work. The audio output is great but its mic is not working while my other headphone's mic works in it. I tried a lot of ways but nothing changed.
