My goal is to set my speakers as default audio device, as now it is by default my headset, even when it is not connected. Then, I have to manually navigate to the GUI sound options in Ubuntu, and select the speakers (which do work).

When I use the following command: pacmd list-sources It outputs that ' 3 sources available', which does not include my speakers.

I'm using the same setup with Windows, and there it works perfectly fine, but on ubuntu it doesn't work. Sound from the headset is there, but microphone does not take any sound. Also in Microsoft Teams it seems it is confused to the point, that it thinks that output is input, and threats output as microphone. Please, if you can, help me with that.

I can get them to show up after I plug something into the headphone jack, but I want a fix, not a workaround. I can't think of anything that's causing this, since it sort of just started happening.
