My problem is a bit specific. I have two monitors. Under Xubuntu 18.04, I want my wallpaper to change every hour and be randomly chosen in my pictures directory, but the wallpapers should be the same across my two screens.
I tried setting up my two screens at the same time, but when an hour pass my screens display two different wallpapers (because the new one is randomly chosen).
I want to edit the keyboard layout for the language Nepali. That's for fixing a weird inconvenience.
The way the layout works is that every key is assigned a non aspirated Nepali consonant and by pressing the key with Shift

I'm trying to add second monitor to VM (from Windows 10). Here is my settings in VM. Whith these settings I start XUbuntu and see that my second display as whole black and can see mouse arrow on it. When I open Display settings I see that my second display is disable and when I trying switch it to available see apply window countback seconds and the Save button doesn't work. So after using regular Ubuntu I decided to get Xubuntu for a windows 95 theme. After getting Chicago 95 and installing it all was well until I rebooted the system. Now when my laptop boots up it's shows up my company logo -> windows 95 loading screen -> company logo where it is now stuck. My mssql-server service has a bad habit of not being stopped at shutdown. To remedy this, I've navigated to ~/lib/systemd/system-shutdown and created the file sqlKill.shutdown containing exactly the following
