pi on Ubuntu Calculator?

cn flag

Is there a way to get the value pi on the Ubuntu Calculator? I hoped this would work but as you can see it does not:

Of course I can type in 3.14159 and in > 99% of cases that will be accurate enough, but if there is an actual way to get pi that would be great.

Isn't it right there (right above `=`, between `-` and `e`)?

Also `Ctrl`+`P`should work. Check keyboard shortcuts under the hamburger menu.

And here it is in your Question's screenshot:

I've never seen pi look like an `n` before, but at least it works

Consider using Qalculate! It has some nice features in addition like being able to convert between units (e.g. add meters, feet and inches) and it knows many mathematical constants and quite some from Physics.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
