Can I achieve this VirtualBox network configuration using libvirt?
kr flag

I asked a similar question here but I messed up logging in with my SE account and so I can't edit it.

Here is what I would specifically like to achieve with libvirt under the "Internal Network" heading.

A comment in the previous question mentioned Isolated mode, but according to the libvirt wiki:

In this mode, guests connected to the virtual switch can communicate with each other, and with the host

FreeBSD igb driver slowing down video conferenceing
ph flag

I installed FreeBSD 12.2 on an APU4D4 (bios 4.12.0.1) and configured a PF firewall with NAT on it and some other services (dhcp, bind).

The problem I'm having is that when I put it into service at the network edge, I can't get video-conferencing apps (google meet) to work with it, of all things (no video, sometimes no sound). Everything else seems to work fine.

The problems persist if I make the fir ...

how to manage VPN connection with customer when using K8s on AWS

GID

Apps on AWS K8s clusters (set up with Kops, i.e. not using EKS) are typically accessed via an Application Load Balancer, which resolves to a couple of volatile IP addressses.

Yet frequently, when setting up a site2site VPN, customers ask for an encryption domain with a few static IP addresses, not a DNS name. (They also don't allow large CIDRs in the encryption domain, they demand that you give t ...

Injected vault-agent pod failing to start, api server & vault aren't communicating

I have a local kubernetes cluster using kind. It is a single node cluster.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC - Installed updates differ between Windows Update and Installed Updates
us flag

Windows Update - View Update History and Installed Updates show different things:

enter image description here

Kiosks running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 - 17763.2061.

I'd assumed these should list the same things, but they don't. Would I be right in thinking that Installed Updates should be correct one?

What's the more appropriate way (nicely date ordered) to do this on the command line or in Powershell?

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
