A few years back we purchased a used x3550 M2 server and was using it for a while. About a year ago it would no longer turn on again, and today I've been trying to figure out why.

There's no error LED's blinking in the LPD, except for the Checkpoint Code saying E:7. Other than that the motherboard doesn't have any other blinking lights than the Power LED, IMM Heartbeat LED, and Enclosure Management Hear ...

DKIM: validation error: error:RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_1:invalid padding
cn flag

We receive a lot of spam on our servers from 3rd party servers and often this spam includes the email header such as:

DKIM: validation error: error:0407008A:rsa routines:RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_1:invalid padding

This can be caused by many trivial things such as incorrect line feeds but I wanted to query about this as I can't find the correct information:

Local Mail Transport Protocol (LMTP) spam?
cn flag

Our sever receives a fair bit of spam, most of this is standard spam but looking at the headers of some spam we get directly it seems to show that the mail is received by the LMTP (Local Mail Transport Protocol) rather than SMTP so I am curious if the below indicates that mail is coming from another account on the same server?

Who manages sub-subdomains when you use a CNAME
ke flag

This is the DNS configuration:

blog.example.com CNAME example.host.com

Then what happens if someone makes a DNS query about a sub-subdomain (e.g. sub.blog.example.com)?

Is that DNS query redirected to example.host.com?

Or that DNS query about a sub-subdomain doesn't match the CNAME?

I have configured Apache 24 with mod_wsgi on windows 2016 server for my Django applications and deployed three websites with different IP addresses. I have also configured ssl certificates for each domain and everything is working fine until somehow the system shuts-down due to power and when the system is back Apache returns only "It works" for all domains unless I restart the Apache service manually.  ...

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
