CCA security in QROM for symmetric schemes

us flag

Assume that we have a symmetric encryption scheme $\Pi_s$ that is IND-CCA secure in the standard model. Does this imply that $\Pi_s$ is IND-CCA in QROM?

I think the IND-CCA of $\Pi_s$ in the standard model implicitly says that the implementation of $\Pi_s$ does not use the random oracle (or at least independent to security proof), and thus IND-CCA in QROM as well (because the security of the scheme is independent to RO). Could you clarify the application in your mind?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
