You should know the definition of negligible function and some properties of the operation between $negl()$ and polynomial $p(n)$. Also, you should confirm what $negl_4()$ and $negl_5()$ are, that is, you need more information about $negl_4()$ and $negl_5()$.

I got some help and reminders from @kelalaka, here thank you!

You cannot say anything about $negl_6$ since there is no information about $negl_4$ and $negl_5$ are negligible other than their name! In the first part, it is was mentioned that $negl_1$ and $negl_2$ are negligible. Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
