Why can't rsa come out with the same cipher?

th flag

When $x < N$, there cannot be the same encrypted message with different outgoing messages.

But why?

I think this might cover your answer; [Does RSA work for any message M?](https://crypto.stackexchange.com/q/1004/18298). If it is not working, i.e. there might be two distinct messages that have the same ciphertext ( as one of the reasons) then the decryption is not possible, so RSA is not working for all message $M < N$. This is not the case.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
