velero - Storage location ownership \ additional permissions (aws s3)

gp flag

We configure our velero backups (on account A) to store the backups on a second trusted account (account B) s3 bucket. The backups have the ownership of the velero account (account A) and is the only account who has permissions to the backups.

As of version 1.6, it is possible to use secrets to provide unique credentials for the storage provider. Is it possible to allow for the use of a different arn role instead of a credential file?

alternatively (and preferably) is it possible to configure velero to automatically add permissions or change the ownership of the backup to the bucket owner (account B)?

Thanks for the help :)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
