Is it at all possible to exclude an adapter from firewalld

Is it at all possible to exclude a network adapter from firewalld so it is not managed ?

I want to enable the firewalld service on a Oracle RAC cluster. It creates a 169.254.29.x IP on the private network and my assumption is that firewalld does not like it and it also creates virtual adapters and so far i have just seen recommendations to disable firewalld entirely.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
