Registry keys for pending reboot missing

br flag

I'm trying to find a way to check if a computer has a pending reboot using the registry, but the expected registry keys don't seem to be present. On a test computer I'll run the simple command shutdown /r /t 3600, and then check all of the values here. However, none of those value are present on the computer, and alternating commands between shutdown /r /t 3600 and shutdown /a seems to have no effect on the registry values I'm looking at. I've also tried restarting explorer.exe to try and 'refresh' the registry but no luck.

Does anyone have some insight into why these pending reboot registry keys aren't showing up?

The shutdown command does not create registry values for pending reboot.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
