on hotspot running openvpn how to share obtained dhcp-option DNS?

ag flag

There is linux box being a hotspot for number of devices. It also runs openvpn client which is supposed to be shared with connected hotspot clients. Openvpn receives PUSH_REPLY dhcp-option DNS x.x.x.x and I want the hotspot clients to use DNS obtained by the openvpn client.

I am looking for some reasonable configuration to make this working but I am not sure where the DNS should be updated upon openvpn connects. As the hotspot clients are served by dhcpd most probably there should be some forwarding DNS service on the linux box which can be dynamically updated/reloaded. Wonder if there is any common way to update eg dnsmasq, bind or any other service (possibly some/all wrapped as docker containers).

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
