Cannot use ksniff on proxy environment

ao flag

I'm trying to sniff my server's pod communication using the ksniff plugin to verify whether the network communications are encrypted by a CNI.

However, my environment is behind a corporate proxy, so the tool can't pull its necessary images (tcpdump). I pre-pulled the image before the use, but the ksniff still tried to pull it using crictl, which can't work with proxies.

The issue is being reviewed on https://github.com/eldadru/ksniff/issues/78, but it hasn't been fixed yet.

Does anyone know of a workaround?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
