Can't delete AWS backup plan as root user

I wanted to delete an AWS backup plan through the console and I get an Access Denied error when logged on as a user with full administrator access.

Even when I log on as a root user I get an Access Denied error.

When looking in cloudtrail: the errorCode=AccessDenied, and the errorMessage="An unknown error occurred"

What am I missing?

Do you definitely have full admin? Is a resource policy blocking you instead? Are there any outages listed on the AWS status pages?

Are there any service control policies in place that might prevent this?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
