Can't connect to SVN repos via SSH since moving to OSX 12.1

ke flag

Since moving to OSX 12.1 and a new M1 laptop I can't connect to any of my SVN repos using Cornerstone. I have tried using Versions and get the same error. SmartSVN does connect ok but I don't like the program very much. I'm not getting anywhere with the support teams from Cornerstone and Versions.

This is the error from Cornerstone:

Technical Information
=====================

      Error : V4ConnectionClosedError
  Exception : ZSVNConnectionClosedException

Causal Information
==================

Description : Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn+ssh://[email protected]/home/svn'
     Status : 170013

Description : To better debug SSH connection problems, remove the -q option from 'ssh' in the [tunnels] section of your Subversion configuration file.
     Status : 210002

Description : Network connection closed unexpectedly
     Status : 210002

I can't see anything useful in the server logs that would help just this in the secure log (Centos 7 server):

Connection closed by xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 51491

Is there anything I can do on the servers to work around this? It is a bit of a nightmare not being able to update any repos at the moment.

Versions wont connect with a Key that uses a passphrase, Cornerstone still wont play ball.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
