Booting Dell T320 through USB for UNRAID

lc flag

I am trying to run UNRAID through the USB of a Dell T320 Server. The DELL T320 server has the latest BIOS (v2.9) and LIFE CONTROLLER versions.

  1. I first created a UNRAID bootable USB with UEFI mode and it came back with this error. enter image description here

  2. I then ran a hardware test and the error came back as follows: enter image description here

  3. I assumed there was a memory error and I plugged it additional DDR3 RAMs. And the error conditinued.

  4. On the UNRAID forum, someone had managed to get the USB to boot by running it in BIOS Mode. I proceeded to create a bootable USB in BIOS mode and plugged it in the back, front and on the motherboard and the boot sequence as shown. enter image description here

I also have deleted all virtual disks in the hardware config in the Life controller. and I still fail to boot the server through the USB.

Any help please.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
