OS restarting continuously

cl flag

We are having several linux devices running 20.04 LTS server.

Recently one of the devices started restarting continuously(approximately 5 or less minutes between restarts), it was running fine before.

When we checked the syslogs, we see that its abruptly closed, and the services are not gracefully stopped before restart. We are not seeing any log relating to why this happened in the logs.

The following is the output of last command for reboots

runlevel (to lvl 5) 5.4.0-107-generi Mon Apr 25 17:02 - 17:40 (00:38)
reboot system boot 5.4.0-107-generi Mon Apr 25 17:01 still running

runlevel (to lvl 5) 5.4.0-107-generi Mon Apr 25 16:55 - 16:56 (00:01)
reboot system boot 5.4.0-107-generi Mon Apr 25 16:55 still running
gateway pts/0 10.50.1.157 Mon Apr 25 16:53 - 16:53 (00:00)
runlevel (to lvl 5) 5.4.0-107-generi Mon Apr 25 16:53 - 16:55 (00:02)
reboot system boot 5.4.0-107-generi Mon Apr 25 16:52 still running

We can see it crashed. Is there any way to troubleshoot why it crashed?

Thanks in advance

can you tell us something about the "underlying platform"?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
