How to correctly configure etckeeper auto-push?

in flag

I have installed etckeeper and correctly set up a remote origin in the git repo in /etc. In /etc/etckeeper/etckeeper/conf, I have a line with PUSH_REMOTE="origin". A manual git push origin in /etc works as expected. etckeeper has a /etc/etckeeper/commit.d/99push file with +x that looks like it ought to push with my settings, but manually triggering a commit through yum install does not trigger a push.

Am I doing things incorrectly ? What should be triggering the 99push script ?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
