CyberPower UPS: What does "Line Interaction... None" mean?

ir flag

I've got a CyberPower VP700EILCD UPS connected to a Linux box. When I run pwrstat -status, I see (amongst other things):

Line Interaction............. None

What does that mean, exactly?

I assume it means the UPS is currently not using its autotransformer to increase or decrease the voltage output, is that right?

Or does it mean the UPS needs to be configured to use line interaction, or even does not have an autotransformer at all?

I tried asking CyberPower's online support but they never got back to me. There doesn't seem to be anything in their docs about this either.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
