You will need to enable windows volume shadow copies.

Right-click the volume in explorer and click Configure Shadow Copies…

Select the drive you want to enable shadow copies on and click Settings. Modify the size limit and schedule and save your settings.

After clicking OK on settings, be sure to select the volume and click Enable to turn on shadow copies for that volume, using the settings you just defined.

From that point forward you will have previous versions available to restore to based on the schedule and storage limit you chose.

Only the scheduled restore points are available. It would be a bad idea to try run vss snapshots every minute. It would probably cripple the system performance. You’ll need to look elsewhere for functionality like that.

Another option is to use Windows File History backup option, which integrates with this "Previous version" interface

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
