We're really looking forward to your advice on this topic.
This issue we face in an application, using Apache Tomcat release 9.0.31.
The HTTP/1.1 500 error message, we never saw it with Apache Tomcat release 9.0.22 (which we had before).
From a desktop application (installed on every users’ laptop) called Design Studio, robots need to be uploaded to the web application (called Management Console). This web application is installed/configured on a Windows Server 2019. It’s database server is a Microsoft SQL server.
This web application, Management Console, is configured with port 81 (in Apache Tomcat) and this port is forwarded to port 8443 (see screenshots), because we use the HTTPS URL for users to login to this web application and in Design Studio we also connect via the HTTPS URL.
The Apache Tomcat shutdown port we’ve set to 8006.
When trying to upload robots from Design Studio to the Management Console, we get a very long HTTP/1.1 500 error message (see screenshot), which indicates something like a server or network issue.
Last week, it looked like the issue had been fixed by changing port 80 to port 81 in the Apache Tomcat Server.xml, but the issue came back again, without changing any configuration.
We really would like to ask you for advice on how to resolve this issue.
