Queue stuck with message "[private/dovecot-lmtp] while sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once "

va flag

My default postfix was configured to handle messages upto 20MB. We have tried to send a local email bigger than this and it was found stuck in the queue. The postfix setting message_size_limit was raised and tried to re run the queue meanwhile I could see two local emails in the system are not getting delivered.

(lost connection with host.xxxx.com[private/dovecot-lmtp] while
sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once)

This mail is not even sent which is 100% sure. As this is an email communication between the local domain. I could check each recipient and none of the users have received it. I wanted to force it to send it again and deliver the mail. Is that possible?

I have gone through lots of forum topics and most of the cases users have mentioned it as an "MTU problem". I am unable to try this as the instance where we face the issue is running with aws.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
