How to start Outline Server again without losing configurations, after accidentally removing the shadowbox docker container?

cn flag

I followed the installation instruction of Outline Manager on https://getoutline.org/ to install the Outline Server on a linux VM. The installation steps included running a shell script on the linux VM that installed and configured the Outline Server automatically with docker.

On the server, two docker containers were running:

shadowbox watchtower I figured out that the shadowbox is the container of the Outline Server, while watchtower is a service that keeps the shadowbox image/container up to date.

The server was running and was being used by several users who received their access tokens and were able to connect to it with no problems.

While doing some maintenance on the VM, I removed the docker containers. When I wanted to start the containers again I realised that there is no docker-compose.yml file or a simple script to run the containers.

any ideas on how to docker run the shadowbox and the watchtower again without losing any configurations?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
