This is a new one for me. My agency has (1) 2028U-E1CNRT+ with a Supermicro motherboard Super X10DRU-i+. Approximately a month ago both power supplies died at the same time, the LED lights on the back of the power supplies was amber (one slightly brighter than the other). I've never seen both power supplies pop at the same time so we purchased a new-to-use same model motherboard which did not fix the problem. After replacing BOTH power supplies the system booted fine and ran fine until last week when suddenly the server wasn't working and when I went to check both power supplies were back to orange and the server will not start.
IPMI seemly still works fine, I can login and attempting to start the system from IPMI will not work.

The only thing "new" in this office is some recent construction that has caused some dust to get into the servers.
The event log does not have anything recent. IMPI Sensors show N/A and "not present" for everything.
At this point I'm out of ideas....I'm aware that dust + servers == bad, but there was no errors or temperature warnings prior to this failure.
