Can access truenas server with ipaddress

cg flag

I am setting up truenas for the first time and I am having some networking issues. Hardware setup looks like this: server that is running Truenas is connected to a switch via ethernet cable => a different PC is connected to the same switch via ethernet. Truenas setup: I disabled ipv4 dhcp and set a static alias "192.168.4.3/24", I set ipv4 gateway to "192.168.4.1". Access pc setup: I assigned the static IP "192.168.4.5" with subnet mask "255.255.255.0" and default gateway "192.168.4.1". Now when I ping "192.168.4.3" from my PC I get: Reply from 192.168.4.5: Destination host unreachable. I also can't load the truenas webui via http://192.168.4.3. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
