Domain DNS not resolving

pe flag

Hoping someone can help. Our website ProcessServing.uk does not appear to be resolving the DNS correctly. It came to light recently when I tried to sign up for a SEO service but their system said our domain was not registered.

Our domain is registered and I can access our domain from the U.K.

I cannot access the site if I use a VPN.

GoDaddy advanced technical support have assured me everything is set up correct and working fine. However, I don’t think it is.

https://dnschecker.org/#A/ProcessServing.uk

Above shows several red ❌ showing not listed.

GoDaddy sent me the below saying it is working and resolving around the world

https://digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=ProcessServing.uk&type=&colorize=on&stats=on&trace=on&useresolver=8.8.4.4&ns=all&nameservers=

Can anyone shed some light on why “some” people cannot access our site but others can and maybe tell me what I need to ask GoDaddy to change to fix this?

Thank you.

Thanks Simon

Thank you for including your actual domain. - A quick check with https://dnsviz.net/d/processserving.uk/dnssec/ shows DNSSEC problems for your your domain. Expand the notices in the left bar for more detail. - I assume that people using legacy resolvers that don't honour DNSSEC have no issues, where more modern and secure resolvers will have problems.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
