Windows Server 2012 R2 Resets SMB Negotiate Protocol Request

US flag

Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard resets SMB Negotiate Protocol Request packet, which should be the first step for NTLM negotiation. Server IP is 10.49.0.3. Client IP is 10.49.0.194. The client is a proxy that is trying to complete NTLM relay. What could I check or try to change on the Windows Server? I would expect the server to reply with Negotiate Protocol Response. I have IIS running on the same server, for which NTLM authentication is enabled and working fine.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
