Can't get Imagick PHP Extension to load when building PHP from source
br flag

I've built PHP 7.4 from source, and installed ImageMagick via yum.
When I run convert --version i got Version: ImageMagick 6.9.10-68 Q16 x86_64 2021-02-24

Then I ran pecl install imagick and it says
Build process completed successfully. Installing '/usr/lib64/php/modules/imagick.so'

I've also added extension=imagick.so to my /usr/local/php/lib/php.ini file & restarted Apache.

Access dns through vpn without affecting other network traffic
ug flag

I set up a windows vpn and enabled Split Tunneling. I want to route any traffic to an aws redshift database through it (redshift-cluster-1.whatever.us-east-1.redshift.amazonaws.com port 55438), but all other internet traffic should go over the default connection. How do I do this with Add-VpnConnectionRoute command?

I have a pretty modern RAID hardware for this:

For the moment, I don't have BBU, which should be Intel AXXRMFBU4.

SAS expander is properly connected with the controller to G port (according to manual).

Static IP - Destination Host Unreachable
us flag

I'm a newbie to system administration. I've installed remotely a Dell server using iDRAC interface. Server's ip is 200.159.243.146 and everything is fine with it.

Using this interface I've installed Ubuntu Server 20.04 without problem. However, from this system I do not have internet access. This is the result of the command 'ip addr':

Can a computer account be granted NDES permissions to enroll with SCEP?
gb flag

I'm trying to automate the enrollment of samba joined machines via SCEP. When I navigate to the CertSrv/mscep_admin/ url on my MS CA to fetch an enrollment challenge password, I've found that I can only authenticate using a domain admin. Is there some way I could grant this enrollment permission to computer accounts in AD? Is that even a good idea, from a security stand point?

Null Client Mail Server

I want to set up a null client mail server, i.e. a mail server that sends e-mails, but does not receive e-mails. I tried multiple guides relying on postfix, checked discussions on this and other sites, and consulted the official postfix website. The server still does not send e-mails. I need some direction in figuring out what's going on here.

I have an EC2 instance that is running a WordPress site. Inbound traffic on the instance is spiking to alarming levels which are not consistent with the usage of the website. Outbound traffic is relatively normal.

This slows down the website and

Should I use SSL for a receive only SMTP server?
br flag

I am creating an smtp server which will not need to send emails but only receive. Not being an expert, I was wondering if I should still use an SSL certificate for security. For example, if I send an e-mail message from my outlook or gmail client (which I assume will send an already protected message) to my smtp server without ssl, is a man in the middle attack possible?

I think I have a DMARC failure, posting to one list-server. The reports list my post under "forwarded," but the detail lines show mostly "reject"

I've recently implemented DMARC where I work.

Most of the list-servers work just fine, either rewriting the from address or passing my posts unchanged, so they pass DKIM. One of them appears to be a problem, though.

When I look at the DMARC report, the morning after posting to that one List, the traffic shows up as "forwarded," rather than "compliant," "non-compliant," or "threat/unknown," and when  ...

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
