I can't upload files (Apache)
fr flag

I have a Symfony app running on docker exposing the port 8000, then I proxy the requests from my domain to http://localhost:8000/ it works well but when I want to send files using multipart/form-data it returns a 500 error code without more information, if I make the request directly to http://my_ip:8000 it works fine so I think it is a proxy error.

using domain controller to allow remote vpn hosts access to certain parts of internal network

I'm looking for a way to establish secure connections from remote users to an internal closed lan. I can already connect the remote machine to a samba domain controller through an openvpn 2.x client before login by using a scheduled task, so remote connection to the domain is solved.

What I would need now is to know if there is a way to have the domain controller tell a firewall that this or that ...

I am able to launch a job on a GPU server the traditional way (using CPU and MEM as consumables):

~ srun -c 1 --mem 1M -w serverGpu1 hostname

but trying to use the GPUs will give an error:

~ srun -c 1 --mem 1M --gres=gpu:1 hostname

I checked this question but it doesn't help in my case.

due to a failing hard disk, I would like to deactivate the volume groups living on it, to make sure that the disk is messed with as little as possible until it gets replaced.

I know that I can deactivate the logical volumes and the volume group with lvchange/vgchange --activate n, however as soon as the system is rebooted, these LVs and VGs get auto-reactivate.

I would disable all NTLM in my domain environment, but before that I enabled on domain controller NTLM auditing, and I see some events 8004 with my local domain users and computers in these events description. All my clients have Windows 10 installed, so why NTLM is still used in my environment, because it should be used Kerberos as default?

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
