boot loop & hardware errors

ma flag

I'm currently struggling with the boot loop on my pc. I tried installing gpu, psu and even hdd from a working pc, but it didn't solve the problem. Hoping that it will help or at least provide me with some additional logs, I tried installing Ubuntu. Right before another reboot I was able to catch a few hardware errors saying:

[0.535784] mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 1: Machine Check: 0 Bank 0: fea0400000
[0.535784] mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC 0 ADDR 4162ba2ae MISC d01200a300000000 SYND e1c1b0a01 IPID b000000000

Can someone translate this? Does that mean that cpu is dead? Could the cpu be the reason for the boot loop?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
