ru flag

I installed Ubuntu on my laptop (i5, Nvidia 940m, 8 gb, 1 TB) trying to have a dualboot. Everything goes well at first I get the installation screen, I choose the partition etc, Everything goes well until the time of restart, I remove the USB where Ubuntu is, but I do not start Ubuntu I turn on my laptop with Windows, I'm new, and I have not worked any tutorial What could be the problem? Thanks

You've provided no release details (you likely mean a Ubuntu desktop release, but haven't told us which one, nor if it's Ubuntu Server, or a specialist Ubuntu product..), nor if you validated your downloaded ISO prior to write to installation media, validated your write to installation media (a separate step for some releases, but you didn't provide any specific details) etc... Please provide details, and of what checks (if any) you performed. Did you change any BIOS/uEFI setting to boot the Ubuntu media for installation, then revert that change post-install? (meaning it won't boot)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
