Ubuntu 20.04 media sharing / rygel stops and starts randomly but less than 3h ervery time

I've been having an issue with Media Sharing in Ubuntu 20.04 running on a old laptop Asus n550j (and also happens with 18.04). Rygel just stops working at random while serving music through an DLNA app (upplay in this case).

As you can see until 09:32 there were several start/stops of the server. Up until 09:32 the server was idle (not streaming). from ~10h00 to 11:32 it streamed until it stopped.

I can't find much info on rygel. The config file (in ~/.config/rygel.conf) parameters do not seem to have nothing to do with this stop/start behaviour.

Does anyone have an hint about what is going on ?
