You've not provided any release details; but did you (1) verify the ISO? and (2) verify the write to your installation media ... as I've had that error on bad write to thumb-drive (it's not the only cause though... but it's what I'd check first!)

You've provided no real useful information like version, make/model of PC/monitor/ graphics card. How is the PC is connected to the monitor? HDMI or something else?
