sudo apt update error

I'm a new Ubuntu user, and when I try to run sudo apt update, it returns the following errors.

One problem often encountered when using WSL to run Ubuntu is that VPN-connections messes things up. If you have connected to, say your work via VPN and then try to use WSL, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
