How to display login on an External monitor

je flag

Just installed 20.04, Lenovo Flex, Ryzen 5 4500, Renoir graphics, Kernel 5.8.

With my laptop I have an external monitor and have made it "Single Monitor" in Settings|Displays, all good as it turns off the laptop screen.

When I Switch users, the laptop screens turns on but it is physically behind the external one and I can't see the Login options. I have to lift 32" the external monitor up, move to the user and login, then lower the monitor again. Doing that 20-times a day is getting old fashioned fast.

How can I get that login stuff on to the external monitor and not the hidden laptop screen without setting "Mirror" and have the laptop screen on full-time?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
