how to perfectly duplicate my linux screen to tablet?

#get tablet screen size and refresh rate

i tried following and failed

screen is always off in tablet

  1. sometimes only part of laptop screen seen on tablet.
  2. bottom part of tablet is black. laptop screen doesnot fully cover tablet screen.
