Keep systemd service file the same after apt upgrade

When updating packages like docker in Ubuntu using apt the systemd file for docker is reset to it’s default.

I have a modification in the systemd file for docker which points the volume to another drive. When I update docker it resets the systemd file to default.

Is there a way when a package is update via apt to keep the modified systemd file the same?

Standard Practice is to keep your modified `.service` file elsewhere (in a development environment, with version control, testing, etc). Whenever a new version of the `.service` file is installed, use `diff` and `patch` to merge the two versions.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
