After clean installation of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS-usb 2.0 ports aren't working

pk flag

i have a problem after i managed a clean installation of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on an empty HDD (i have dual boot since on the other disk i have windows) i observed that my usb 2.0 ports aren't working. I searched everywhere to find a solution and the only one i found that makes a difference is to enable IOMMU at bios settings. But then all of a sudden my usb 3.0 ports are the ones that get disabled. Any solution?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
