wifi was working fine until i disabled the turn off wifi to save power option in setting. now its showing no wifi adapter found. Also I have Hp laptop

I tried disabling secure boot and also lspci | grep -i network is showing nothing in terminal.

You should not disable secure boot as it requires you to verify your wlan, video, wifi. You can find more about this [https://askubuntu.com/questions/843656/is-it-safe-to-disable-secure-boot] here

Go to your bios and `enable` the secure boot. Hope it helps

Thanks everyone my wifi has stared working somehow now. I think I used the `sudo rfkill unblock all` and then rebooted my device.
