GRUB loads in cmd line mode, boot-repair does not help

us flag

I installed Ubuntu, using the default "Install alongside Windows Boot manager" option, but when I reboot the computer, GRUB loads in cmd line mode. I booted the boot-repair Live USB. It gave me 3 commands to run, which I did, however afterwards it was still showing "GRUB still detected. Please try again" and I couldn't get past that. This is my paste from boot-repair: http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/dXc568F4jj/

Thanks in advance for your help.

You have Ubuntu & Windows in UEFI boot mode. but an old BIOS boot of Windows in sdb and an old BIOS grub boot in gpt's protective MBR in sda. You also show LDM which is Windows dynamic partitions which with gpt partitioning I do not understand why anyone would use LDM. LDM does not work with the Linux NTFS driver, but you can add a read only driver. If you boot "ubuntu" entry directly from UEFI boot menu, does it not boot? What brand/model system? What video card/chip? https://askubuntu.com/questions/482768/changing-windows-dynamic-disk-partition-to-basic-partition-and-not-the-full-driv

It does boot from BIOS, yes, but after a restart it's back to the cmd line. My video card is 2070 super, motherboard is gigabyte aorus x570 pro wifi. I noticed the dynamic drive, too, but from what I've seen it's not possible to change it to basic without loss of data, which is problematic.

Microsoft says it has no undo, but third party tools supposedly work. But you always need good backups. https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2325331&p=13492758&viewfull=1#post13492758 What is default boot entry in UEFI: `sudo efibootmgr -v`

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
