Karnel panic error and bus error ( core dumped )

in flag

I am new to linux , i was using ubuntu and parrot os in vm for 2 months. Now i have bought new pc and deleted windows an installed ubuntu. It worked fine for a week. And i encounter bus error ( core dumped ) when i try to use some commands like npm or node or nmap that have worked fine untill now . But others work just fine like git.

I tried to reboot system , and now i am getting karnel panic error - not syncing. I have tried to boot on lower karnel version or recovery version but got the same error every time.

I am stuck , any help will be appreciated , or any suggestions.

Thanks.

You've tagged kernel, but we don't know your release (thus what kernel stacks you maybe using; LTS releases have two kernel stack choices) so we don't currently know anything about what you're running. You should start with OS & release details, and given you've tagged kernel & believe it's related, which stack choice you made (if you don't understand the GA or HWE choices - what you installed with tells us the default as you've likely not changed it). I'd start with what system are you using? Have you performed *file-system check* (`fsck`) as *fs* errors can cause panic etc.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
