Why does my PC do this every time i start It has been like this for a couple days

in flag

So I tried to boot safe mode to see why my computer could not load anything since installing Ubuntu (files, websites etc). My cousin had told me it might be a hard drive problem since my computer took forever to boot up Ubuntu (this is pre safe mode). I don't know how to run a hard drive test, so I looked up how and it brought me to booting into safe mode. Ever since then, I’ve had this problem.

I had looked up the code and found out that it was just updating? so i left it for a 24hrs to see what would happen after and it didn’t budge? so i turned it off for 30mins and let it ran another 24 hours… still hasn’t moved… is there any solution??

Does the hard drive have space available? Seems like it is trying to update but can't.

Yes there should be plenty space, this is a clean wipe so there’s nothing on the PC either

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
