Ubuntu 20.04 server will not allow the 'done' option when attempting to create LVM partitions. Why? What did I miss or mess up?

I am working to establish an Ubuntu 20.04.2 Server for use in my environment. I have created the following partitions during initial setup:

/boot - 10gb XFS
/boot/efi - 512mb FAT32
/home - remainder of space
/tmp - 50gb XFS
/var - 50gb XFS
/var/lib 50gb XFS
/var/log/audit - 50gb XFS
SWAP 50gb

The issue arises when attempting to select the 'done' option at the bottom of the screen, as it is greyed out and unavailable. What have I missed?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
