resolvconf DHCP and no working DNS

tr flag

I seem to have an issue with my ubuntu machine which seems to have come out of nowhere (seemingly).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the service. sadly I have had to put 8.8.8.8 into the /head file to ensure I can resolve names.

essentially what I want is for my ubuntu to use the DHCP to populate the DNS, I do not want a static DNS I want it to be dynamic.

this solution will not work as it already does not exist within my file: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/359253/dhclient-not-updating-etc-resolv-conf

any help would be great - currently on - Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
