ubuntu software not opening after computer shut down

i have a fresh install of ubuntu 20.04 i got the computer shut down and after that ubuntu software its not opening

ill tried sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade and got this

Specify this in your question (comments may not be read): use edit. There can be great damage when the shut down happens on a wrong split second.
