I had encountered an issue. I manually installed an older kernel version (linux-image-5.4.0-48-generic) using apt install linux-image-5.4.0-48-generic. Installation was successful, execute update-grub and update-initramfs -u -k all without any error.

When I reboot, i got the error as shown.:

Error message 1

Error from grub boot

Error message 2

Have anyone encountered this issue before?

You killed your system with these actions. If you cannot get to a root shell prompt to reverse the changes, you will need to reinstall the OS.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
