Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) while sudo apt upgrade , process halted due to so many errors

Please help how to fix this, cannot update or install using sudo apt,i am using ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS i have used all the following commands

sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get install -f

for all of it showing the same error below.

"*...you should reinstall it*" seems like pretty clear advice that your output is providing. Try that.
