So, i had dual booted my windows 10 laptop with ubuntu a while back. I was using windows for specific apps and ubuntu for everyother things. Recently i have been using windows a lot( been busy with work) and ubuntu not so much. I formatted windows and the grub bootloader has gone and it directly boots into windows. While searching in the web on how to remove ubuntu from dual boot system, i found that i have to fix windows boot manager first. But as i formatted the windows and grub is gone, can i skip that part and directly delete the ubuntu partition from disk management? P.s: Sorry if this is stupid question. The bios is legacy bios.

Yes, you can delete the Linux-formatted partitions if you plan on reclaiming that space for use within Windows.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
